A Simple Theatre Company, St. Petersburg's newest professional theatre, is proud to announce the opening of Dorothy Fortenberry's play, Good Egg, on July 11, 2013. The show will run Thursdays-Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm, July 11-28 in the Bininger Theatre on the Eckerd College campus. This will be the first play produced by A Simple Theater in their new home on the Eckerd College campus.

Responsible Meg has always taken care of her bipolar younger brother Matt. But when she decides to get pregnant and have her embryos screened for bipolar disorder, is she taking the idea of "being responsible" too far? A funny and surprising play about bioethics, siblings, and the limits of unconditional love.

Good Egg will be directed by Artistic Director, Gavin Hawk, and will star Meg Heimstead and Christopher Jackson.

General Admission is $25; Student, Seniors, or Actors Equity members: $20. For tickets, please contact A Simple Theatre at 727-242-4691 or www.asimpletheatre.org.
